If I could give Lowe's 0 stars I would. They ruined my family's Christmas dinner. I ordered a new fridge and washer on December 3rd. I was told that week my delivery wouldn't be delivered until December 24th between 8am to 8:00pm. I received a phone call at 8:33am yesterday confirming my delivery. I tried to call back that number to confirm the delivery was placed on hold for an hour. I did receive confirmation from the website, online chat and text message. Wake up this morning to track my message to only be told it now won't be delivered until JANUARY 8th!! So now I can't make a Christmas dinner for my family. I definitely do not recommend using Lowe's to anyone looking to buy new appliances.

Lowe’s in Virginia Beach on the blvd wil never have my business ever again.
1. Lady at returns very disrespectful and rude. Asked me “What do you expect when you buy low budget items.” I had spent over $70.00 on an item that was damaged from the factory. They called the manager up to assist me and he came off very rude and didn’t care about my concerns. After explaining the situation he replied “ And” “What’s the problem” Right now, I think shopping at Lowe’s is the problem. I will never make that mistake again.

I went here this morning November 28th. To get my bucket of goodies they were giving away. While in line one of the lowes people came out and said. If you are here for the bucket of stuff we gave them away already. She said that 50 people were there at 5am . Wait what happen to 6am like the advertise time it was supposed to give away. No one saw these 50 people I didn't and I was there at 530am. I believe someone forgot to make the buckets. Guess I'll be doing my Christmas shopping elsewhere. Pit i full !
