- EHElisabeth HapennyMay 23, 20211.0Worst place to go if you have a Frog system. They do not know anything about the system. Got water tested there. I was told my copper was too high and pH to acidic. I explained the system I had and was told that they knew what system it is and told me to add soda ash. It completely messed the balance of my pool and destroyed my filter! I went to the place that sells the Frog system (should have gone there to begin with) and they instructed me how to fix the mess and had to buy a new filter to replaced the destroyed one! When I went back to Leslie’s to return the unused items I told them that they did not have the correct info and that they should not inform customers if they don’t know the system. The lady behind the register got a bit defensive and I explained that I was just letting her know so that this did not happen to another customer. I would recommend not going there waste of time and money. Highly disappointed!
