Amazing customer service. The response was instant and the staff was great to work with. Knowledgeable about all types of keys (old and new). Great selection of key fobs and keys.
After speaking with staff about home security, they are now re-keying my home.
Overall great experience. 10 out of 10!!!

Will was very professional and quick with getting my key fob programmed! I came in with an incorrect key fob and he was able to use a new battery and fob from his inventory to get me set up! I am very impressed with his quickness and very polite!

Bought the home and of course we needed all locks rekeyed. He was on time and was in and out in 30 minutes or less, for 3 separate doors and deadbolts. The price was very good for the quality of work performed. If I ever get locked out or require there services again, I will be calling them up and asking for Sean as my locksmith. Sean is a Master Craftsman, an OG Subject Matter Expert, and an all and all GOAT!!

Whomever was dispatched to my location called stating that they had arrived but never actually showed up. After almost an hour I called to follow up and he didn't answer, I also texted to let him know exactly where I was and that my phone was dying. He read it and STILL didn't respond! If you can't/don't want to complete the task, DON'T TAKE THE CALL! I really hope he didn't get paid for the time that he wasted!!
