My only odd experience was the employee who made us wait 20 mins to see if they had any wooden hangers in the back only to go past us twice and say a manager asked him to look for something so we had to wait again! Very unprofessional,learn to multitask and not leave customers on standby. We had a project we were needing to get done and only got 1 of the packs we needed and he couldn't even direct us to where the hangers were... But we found 1 pack so we just left after 30 mins of waiting on him to not even look. We said we're leaving because he went past us the 2nd time looking for an item for a manager after we were left waiting and he said have a blessed day. Well, thank you but you weren't doing anything when we 1st approached you! Anyway it didn't ruin our entire experience and we will be coming back,however don't leave customers on standby like that . You lost money and we lost time! 4 stars.
