The young lady at the desk tried her best to help but noted since we didn’t pay for the insurance we couldn’t be reimbursed or compensated for damages. That being said, We had a MAJOR rat infestation. We had to throw away pretty much everything in the unit including prior military memorabilia and personal sentimental things. We have only been in the unit a short amount of time. This is extremely upsetting but also a financial burden. We did an online booking and didn’t realize the insurance wasn’t included. My recommendations for anyone seeking to store their personal belongings to look elsewhere. With insurance or not. This was a really upsetting experience as sentimental items aren’t replaceable.

We removed everything except for a couple large items that I didn’t think would be affected by rats. I came back a month later and there was two dead rats on the floor. The place smells disgusting. I wouldn’t store anything that I care about in there.
