- KDKathleen DonnellyNov 10, 20251.0Be VERY careful before you decide to store anything here- our unit was infested with mice, basically had to throw everything stored there away… when I questioned the staff about mice- they were dismissive, saying it was the units that had been rented for awhile ( as if mice could tell?) and .then told the renter had to go through personal insurance company. I did call my insurance company- and was informed the policy does not include rodents. Basically, it was a waste of thousands of dollars as everything I had stored had to be thrown away due to mouse urine and excrement.
