- TSTonya Simpson-FeamsterFeb 1, 20261.0DO NOT hire Aqua Leisure to replace your pool liner. They replaced my dad’s pool liner in 2020 and we have had pop out issues ever since. I would have hired an attorney however at the time my dad was 81 with severe dementia and it was all I could do to care for him, pay his bills etc. I complained for 4 years since every time Aqua Leisure opened the pool we had pop outs. In 2020, the replaced the liner & then we closed the pool. The very next opening the pop outs were there. They would send a tech to stretch, liner lock etc. however the worse they became they stopped sending anyone out. My dad declined more and now that he has passed, this is what I’m dealing with. See pictures from 2021-2025 How dare a company treat a customer like this Any attorneys out there?

The pool liner in my 16 x 32 in-ground pool needed to be replaced, so I got three different estimates from local pool companies. One being Aqua Leisure Pools Spas & Fire on Reon Drive. The company representative came out and gave me a very professional estimate. Since I wasn't going to be living at the house in the future, I asked him what was the most popular liner available. He made several suggestions and I decided to contract them to perform the replacement. It took about two weeks to get the liner. Due too weather issues, it took another week to finish the project. The suggested liner was perfect and looks much better than my previous liner. The installation team did everything they could to make the installation perfect too. I would highly recommend Agua Leisure for all your pool service needs!
