- GMGerrie Martin3 days ago3.0It's great that they did a treatment for pest like roaches. The service is supposed to also include treatment for rodents such as mice. From their detailed description, it didn't appear to include rodent extermination which was more important to me.

Told me they install a mosquito catcher for signing up...that was bs. 2nd everytime they came out they only sprayed the outside cracks. That's it. Always an excuse why they dont do more. Oh, it looks like it might rain sometime this month.... They never consult about appts. They charge $100 a month...yes i said that right....a month...and were supposed to do inside, outside. Patio and around pool. Barely got around the house regardless of who showed up. If you try to cancel they charge a $199 fee. To put in perspective, fox pest control charges $36 a month does around the house inside the house around the pool and patio, eves and windows and have no bs fees. I dont recommend Aptive. They suck.
