The kiosk was easy to use, reasonably priced, and a good variety of color and pattern options. I had no issues with the keys when I came home and tested them out. The only reason for 4 star is that everything went as it should, and not contact the company or talking to a human, there was nothing that made it more than a good solid purchase of good product. And I understand that as a 4. They did send a text after to ensure all was well and included their contact info, which was nice, and could be helpful of any problems, but I had none.
