Their failure to deliver on their promises and their complete lack of customer care has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Unless they make significant changes to their delivery times and customer support, I would advise others to steer clear of this company.

From a design perspective, Tamara was very helpful in providing us the right set of considerations and helping us decide upon what we needed without overselling us on anything we did not need/want. Tamara followed up with us and was so engaged even after we took months to decide on blinds ourselves. Tamara's responses were always same day! Michael made the process of measuring and installing so easy - he came to measure almost immediately after we signed our invoice, asked all the right questions about how we wanted the blinds installed and came back to do the install and kept our space clean/was very efficient. We would absolutely work with Stoneside again!
