He was very polite and answered the five or six questions I had. In addition, the visit reinforced my view that Affordable sprinklers has developed an excellent irrigation system, and has built up an organization with technicians that are very knowledgeable and are well managed.

However, your phone service is really lacking when I called to find what time he would be arriving. First I was cut off when calling and then while you have a callback system that I then tried. I tried it two times and I was cut off from it both times Who told me when?Giordy would arrive I could barely understand him probably because he was using speakerphone versus talking directly on a phone. Your field guys are great, but you’re in-house systems need work.
