I ordered my sofa today (from One Loudoun, that’s slightly closer to my home, with equally kind & helpful staff). UPDATE: The delivery service was awful: less than 24 hours notice to be ready to drag dozens of boxes inside, with rain approaching, and that wasn’t the entire shipment needed to complete the sofa. I tried to like it anyway, but in the end sent it back. The footprint fit but the scale was too bulky for my room. This would be fine for a basement rec room.
