- BGBrandy GordonApr 2, 20261.0This place is an absolute joke. We bought a washer and dryer from Lowes with the 5 year warranty. Our dryer stopped heating and stopped turning on, so we called for the warranty. This place has sent someone to our house multiple times, where they only stay for maybe 10 minutes before making another excuse and then we are waiting another few weeks before they come back. We have been without a dryer for almost two months. It is the 2nd of April and now they are saying they can’t come till the 14th after a no call no show on us? And the one part they put on that was “brand new” isn’t working either. An absolute joke and they literally don’t care at all even if your nice and explain to them this is frustrating. I will never do this ever again.

- JSJim SomersMar 19, 20261.0Don't use this company find another!!! GE sent this company out to service our new washer because it was unbalanced and severely moving. The gentleman who came out said the machine wasn't level (which it was! I checked it when the problem started). Then he had the nerve to tell me that my house wasn't built correctly. What he didn't know was that I'm a residential building contractor. If that's the best reason you can come up with I would recommend finding a different profession.
