I placed a pickup order at this Lowe’s yesterday and picked it up today. It went perfectly - with friendly and professional staff helping in all aspects of the pick up.
Whatever this management team is doing to create such a team, customer focused experience- needs to be duplicated across all Lowe’s. We’ve always been surprised by the proactive, positive service at the Tappahanock Lowe’s!!

This store specifically out of all the Lowes in the entire country does not offer exchanges because associates don’t know how to do their job properly. So you have to purchase item twice while you wait 7-10 days for a return to clear. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard from a box store. Put it on the consumer to eat the cost while the kissing cousins in tappahannok lowes continue to drool on the counter.
