- ABAlex Burgess3 days ago1.0I’d leave zero stars if I could. We purchased a washer and dryer set here and had it installed. At the time of the installation we were told we could return it within 30 days if we were not satisfied. It’s only been 2 weeks and the washer is already falling apart. When we contacted the store they said no you have to go through warranty and that would take 2 more weeks . Basically we were sold junk and then lied to and now they’re just trying to pass the buck. DO NOT SHOP HERE and if you do, do not believe what they tell you.

We got in line to check and tried to use the reward with the help of a woman that works there to NO avail. The worker had no clue how to use the Lowes app, sister is older and not technology savvy. After 30 minutes we ended up at the Pro service desk with a young lady name Jaelyn. Not sure if that is how she spells her name or not. Anyway this young lady really knew what she was doing. She got us checked out in nothing flat. She could work the app and was very friendly. I hope Lowe's appreciates her....give her a raise. She sure turned our experience today around real quick. SHOUT OUT TO YOU JAELYN!!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
