  Quickly after purchasing a new set of speed queens we realized the junk these machines truly are!! They may be built well with quality material but what good is that when they don’t clean your clothes and they leave lint all over your clothes? We feel very strongly that we flushed $3800 down the toilet when we decided to purchase this product!! My first official complaint was regarding the washing machine and its inability to get our clothes clean. A rep from this company came to our home, pushed some buttons, made a phone call to the speed queen rep and I was instructed that I needed to only use the heavy duty or bulky settings, always use warm or hot water, and basically choose the longest wash cycle possible. I stood in disbelief that I have a brand new machine in my home that I have to go through all of that, including using more detergent than ever, in an attempt to achieve clean clothes. I reached out to speed queen directly, and other than the automated acknowledgment, never heard a word from them. As a few more months went by and my frustration level grew trying to get my laundry clean, I reached back out to this company and asked them if I were to sell these to someone else would the warranty transfer to a new buyer. I was told that they had no idea and for me to call speed queen, which I did and to no shock, got no straight answer from them either. In reality, I would struggle selling these anyway because I’m sure someone’s going to ask me why I want to sell a brand new set of washer and dryer. Nevermind that I I won’t get anything close to what I paid. I had just let this go because I know no one‘s going to stand behind their company or their product however, this morning, as I was taking clothes out of my dryer and again yet frustrated beyond all frustration at the lint left on my clothes, (pictures attached) I decided it’s time for me to not be lazy and put the word out everywhere I possibly can so that others do not make the same mistake. I would like to also add that when we bought these machines now almost a year ago, the reviews we read were mostly positive which influenced our decision however, I find it interesting that people are starting to speak up and just like another top brand in the US who have been riding on their name, it’s about to come to an end because people are realizing and they are talking. The previous brand of machine that I had prior to these lasted us 15 years and they were the contender to this product. However, we decided these might be even better because of how well they were made. Again, what good is a well-made unit of anything if it doesn’t do the job it’s supposed to do. Run Forrest run!!!!!!!!

  Love appliance pro been dealing with them for years I wouldn’t change no other company and I love Jay and his new prodigy forest so if y’all looking for a good company to fix your your things in your house call appliance pro ask for Jay And his little new protégé forest and they come out and do the work in a day.   First , I was like who are these clowns at my door. Then I let him in listen to what they said and did, to my surprise, it was a great experience. All jokes aside Jay and Forrest were very professional, courteous and kind men. II learned a lot of information from Jay. He took me to school that day. If another problem arise I will definitely request your companies services.

  I have home warranty insurance and this is the repair service that my warranty company sent out. I made no payment to the repair company, paid $100 to American Home Shield to initiate service. The repairman they sent out was very personable and knowledgeable. He identified the problem but unfortunately my three year old microwave could not be repaired because the part needed was no longer available. He advised me not to buy Samsung because of their planned obsolescence. I would use this company again.
