  I feel like got scammed, I was locked out and called them for service, they took my house details and my contact number over phone when I asked them their price they hanged up the call . Sent a technician within 15 minutes. The tech said 179$ to just bring them there and with lock opening it 240$. He didn’t mention that these are separate charge. The tech drilled a on the lock and charged total 474$. I got totally screwed

  They are a joke !! $225-250 quoted to break a PADLOCK ($10.00 Worth). Tech would travel 10 minutes to our location and would take 3 minutes to break the padlock who did not even know what padlock is. Then service centered contacted and re-quoted $195.00.

  They’re not a real locksmith, just a marketing company. Call them and they will basically show you who else you can call in your area. Save yourself some time and just Google it yourself.

  I called this number to have a locksmith come and create/program a car key. They gave me a quote over the phone but when the locksmith showed up in his random minivan w/ no sign, he gave me a final price way over the dealer of the car's price. I called this number again and the manager told me she would call back. She never did. He then had his friend call me literally 10 times and try to pretend he was a manager and that price was final (LOL). I ended up talking the random contracted locksmith down in number. After he left, the manager called me back to ask how my experience was (aka figure out what the final price was so she could get her cut).. really. I told her "very bad" and she HUNG UP, lol. The guy told me next time just call me, not this company and I will do for cheaper, haha.
