    I no longer visit this Lowes location due to the insecure Flock surveillance cameras being used to track licence plates they have mounted in their parking lot.

    Pretty frustrated with this location. Lowe’s.com had the Toro extension kit at $29.99 (I have the screenshot), and Google still showed that price. We drove there 40 minutes later and the price magically jumped to $49.99. Three employees refused to honor their own Lowe’s online price-match policy. Feels like classic click-bait just to get you in the door.

    With 16 mph winds a cart came out of the secure area in the lot where they are stored and hit my car hard while I was driving. It left a huge dent. The store was less than helpful even after reviewing the video tape and seeing exactly what I'm saying. They claim they're not responsible. I bought a $6 item and I'm now out between 500 and $1,000. There's no sign where the cart storage is claiming no responsibility. I will never spend another penny there.

    My last purchase at Lowe's - BAD EXPERIANCE I had 10% coupon that I received through email, valid in store and until Nov 14th. It didn't work on the checkout machine when being scanned from my phone. I asked the assistant, and she didn't do anything, instead she wants me to swipe my card, thinking that this will apply the 10% automatically. I didn't accept that, because I know once I swipe the card, the transaction will be complete, and it will deduct all the amount without applying discount. Then I insisted on bringing someone else to help. She asked some other lady to come. That lady started explaining back and forth stuff that I already know about, like to get the 10%, you will not be able to use the 5%, blah blah blah. But then I told her, back to the 10% coupon I have, it being not working is a Lowe's problem, not my problem. And then after long conversation, she did, she applied the 10% on couple of the cheap items, and not on everything. And then she walked away immediatly. I started calling her, and SHE KEPT WALKING AWAY IGNORING ME. THAT WAS SUPER RUDE OF HER!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE LOWE'S!!!

    I will not return I was insulted on the fact the worker stood over my shoulder while I shopped, while I rung up my items he was over my shoulder. One item didn't ring up an I didnt realize it was an honest mistake as i was running my mouth to my coworker standing next to me when he reached over my shoulder an started questioning me like I'm a theif even though I'm in my full work uniform wit my work ID which literally has my full name on it why would I steal with my entire livelihood on me..could've approached me differently instead of just standing over my shoulder an jumping to conclusions that i was trying to steal it. I will not go back to a place that makes being black while shopping feel so uncomfortable.
