    The price at the register rang up differently than what was clearly posted on the shelf. I asked a staff member about the discrepancy, and they confirmed the higher price over the radio. I asked if I could go back to verify the sticker myself since I was very sure, and that's when I caught an employee actively changing the price tag mid-dispute. I took pictures as it happened. When I returned to the register and told them what I witnessed, I overheard the staff member radio the manager to verify. His response? "Yeah, that's the price" as if it had always been that way. They were willing to honor the price if I had the original sticker but they had already covered it up. In hindsight I should have just peeled off the new sticker. Had I not seen them changing it with my own eyes, I would have been gaslit into thinking I misread it. Staff who had clearly more common sense and ethics questioned the manager, "If they got it, shouldn't we honor the originally posted price?" The manager refused. Staff member was very apologetic to us.

    I ordered 4 items, one of those items was delivered to my home and the others were shipped to a store across the country and then I was messaged to come pick them up. Wow Lowe's, your system is a train wreck. Your management really needs to get their act together. What a joke.
