  This was our first visit to La-Z-Boy, in our quest for our "forever sofa." At first look, the showroom had noticeable pieces that we had not seen in surrounding high-end furniture stores. We tried 5 or 6 sofas and sofa sectionals that could have ALL come home with us. Comfort, look, feel, features, and prices. Our La-Z-Boy sales ambassador was Karen O. She was extremely knowledgeable and was very precise, matching us with our final sofa sectional. Karen should be your next furniture ambassador. This Sterling store offers the greates flexibility of colos and materials to put your signature on your "adult" sofa.

  Purchased a recliner loveseat after two visits to the LA-Z-BOY store at Sterling, VA. Fully satisfied with the customer service. Delivery was on time. We like the loveseat. It’s very comfortable, particularly for our shorter heights.

  This was my first lazy boy recliner sofa. The buying experience was great and being able to see all the options at the showroom was extremely helpful. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. But after that things went downhill. This was the smelliest sofa I have ever purchased. The smell of the composite wood that they used for the frame was overpowering and filled up my house for weeks. Even though it was 30 degrees outside I had to keep opening windows everyday to eliminate the off gassing smells from my house, and I had to run multiple air purifiers and place various odor absorbing containers around the sofa. It is now 6 weeks later and finally most of the odors have dissipated to a level where it is no longer nauseating. I don't know what kind of cheap composite wood with nasty chemicals they are using but I probably will never buy a lazy boy again. I have never experienced this level of stink with any other sofa I have purchased in the last 40 years. If I hadn't customized it, I would definitely have returned it and taken the 30% hit. So buyer beware. Customer service said 2-3 days of off gassing is normal. This was definitely not the case with the one I bought.

  Karen was very helpful in guiding us to the right recliner we were looking for. She gave us ample time and space to try out as many as we needed, checking on our progress periodically (not too frequently or infrequently that we felt forgotten about) to see where we were in the process and what questions we had, if any. Overall very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to our new furniture.

  We purchased our furniture at the Sterling, Va. store. We drove over from another county because the staff is so wonderful. Hector and Jesse are so pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. If you did not have a good experience at a different La-Z-Boy store, try this location. It would was a completely different vibe from some of the other locations. Definitely worth going a little out of your way…..
