My husband and I went in to purchase two new recliners. Multiple items were clearly tagged “In Stock – Ready to Deliver,” but none of them were actually in stock. This happened with the recliners and again with a loveseat with two recliners. We even offered to buy the floor model with cash (over $1,000), and that was also refused. Customer service is not their strong suit, and their inventory signage is misleading at best. I urgently needed a recliner due to an upcoming surgery, and because of their inability to accurately advertise what was available, I had to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
