Everything was stored safely, didn’t have to worry about moisture or fluctuating temperatures. Access was easy, and Tiera at the front office was great! She helped me every step of the way, from checking in to closing out.

The manager at the sister location refused to issue a refund for an unused unit because I switched to one large unit and not 2 smaller units. Tiera was professional and consistent. Her customer service skills are top notch. I cannot give 5 stars but it is not a reflection on Tiera. Maybe they were doing a blitz and the other manager was trying to keep her sale and not issue the refund.... well you lost out on a year minimum storage rental!!!
