- SBS BSep 12, 20193.0Buyer beware. We have been a customer for many years now and I am very disappointed in their plant guarantee. Last spring we bought a flowering cherry that had a great shape but didn't look so healthy. Leaves were small and yellow. We asked about it and was told all it needed was to be planted. That was our mistake. We felt that it was guaranteed so we were willing to try. We even had them deliver and plant for lifetime guarantee. Needless to say, the tree died. We are getting a credit for the cost of the tree only which we understood. But no one mentioned that anything we bought with that credit would not be guaranteed. We wanted the credit for another tree but not w/o guarantee. I feel we have been taken advantage of. 😒 Update I would like to thank the owner for his response to our situation but we have already bought a larger tree at Meadows Farms w/o the credit so we could still have the guarantee and resolved ourselves to use the credit for something else. But it says alot for the company to try and work with us. Thank you
