Just visited Lowes. I was in the self checkout line. My cart was overflowing plus I had a couple of 84 inch shelf brackets. They were sliding out of my cart, hitting the floor. It was a bit chaotic! Mel- the employee overseeing the self check out was my hero! Mel didn't hesitate to help me wrangle the long brackets... PLUS was kind enough to scan in all my items and make sure I got out the door with the brackets firmly positioned in my cart!!! Thanks Mel, you are a gem!!!!

After shopping and filling my cart with items that I can get elsewhere, the person at the self- checkout was less than helpful. He sent me to the long line at customer service to verify that the item I selected from the 50% off fall section was really 50% off. I was willing to walk over and show someone, but no, I was sent to customer service. I elected to purchase nothing from my cart and head to another store that can help me with fall decor, cleaning supplies, and entry way rugs. Do better Lowe’s! I tried to call and let the store manager know they have N area needing improvement and I was left on hold for 10 minutes. I guess they really aren’t interested in Improvement.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I had carpet installed by Lowe’s in August of last year and after spending over $3,000, the seam is already unraveling in less than a year. When I reached out to Lowe’s, I was told I’m “out of warranty” and to call Stair Master. Stair Master also refused to help.
So now I’m stuck with terrible quality carpet that didn’t even last a year, no support from Lowe’s, and no accountability from the manufacturer. This is unacceptable. When customers spend thousands of dollars, they expect quality and at the very least, a company that stands behind their product.
If you are considering carpet installation through Lowe’s, please think twice. The quality is poor, and once they’ve made the sale, they do not stand behind their product.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
