    I want to be very clear that this review is not about a product, but about the outstanding customer service provided by Todd at Lowe’s. Experiences like this deserve to be highlighted because they are becoming far too rare, and Todd truly went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we entered the store, Todd greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and an eagerness to help that immediately set the tone for our visit. Even though it was late at night, he welcomed us with the same enthusiasm, positivity, and attentiveness you would expect at the start of a morning shift. There was no hint of fatigue or obligation — instead, he made us feel like our time and needs genuinely mattered. Todd was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully, answer our questions thoroughly, and guide us without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He was courteous, professional, and respectful, but what truly set him apart was his personality. He was funny, charismatic, and easy to talk to, which made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. He turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a genuinely positive interaction. Customer service like this leaves a lasting impression.     Just visited Lowes. I was in the self checkout line. My cart was overflowing plus I had a couple of 84 inch shelf brackets. They were sliding out of my cart, hitting the floor. It was a bit chaotic! Mel- the employee overseeing the self check out was my hero! Mel didn't hesitate to help me wrangle the long brackets... PLUS was kind enough to scan in all my items and make sure I got out the door with the brackets firmly positioned in my cart!!! Thanks Mel, you are a gem!!!!

    After shopping and filling my cart with items that I can get elsewhere, the person at the self- checkout was less than helpful. He sent me to the long line at customer service to verify that the item I selected from the 50% off fall section was really 50% off. I was willing to walk over and show someone, but no, I was sent to customer service. I elected to purchase nothing from my cart and head to another store that can help me with fall decor, cleaning supplies, and entry way rugs. Do better Lowe’s! I tried to call and let the store manager know they have N area needing improvement and I was left on hold for 10 minutes. I guess they really aren’t interested in Improvement.
