  Tiera is the only reason I used this company. The manager at the sister location refused to issue a refund for an unused unit because I switched to one large unit and not 2 smaller units. Tiera was professional and consistent. Her customer service skills are top notch. I cannot give 5 stars but it is not a reflection on Tiera. Maybe they were doing a blitz and the other manager was trying to keep her sale and not issue the refund.... well you lost out on a year minimum storage rental!!!

  Tiera provided excellent service. This is my first time renting a storage unit and from the moment I entered she walked me through the entire process including helping me understand the unit sizes, rates and potential cost. I left feeling accomplished and relieved. Thank you again for all of your help.

  Tiera was extremely knowledgeable of the rental process and very helpful in walking us through the agreement terms, entry into the facility and storage unit. She was also there to assist and support us with move in. She was very caring and professional. As a result, I would recommend this facility to others.

  Good luck HurricaneAshley!!! I had several friends who had a storage unit at that location and had similar experiences! Started off with a good plan for the first month or two and then rates went up extremely high without a warning. They changed the due dates without letting them know which caused a late fee , again without a warning! After they wrote a review such as yours, a very nice response was replied , asking for them to give a call to their office only to find out it was the local manager, who said it was all their fault and refused to offer them any money back. They were very unprofessional and appears to have scammed many others!

  DO NOT RENT WITH EXTRA SPACE. I think the reason they have good reviews is because they encourage you to leave a review when you start renting. Not after youve been renting for months. Well I rented a unit here for a few months and the online price was like $20/month. They never honored that price and i never got my first month free. I was paying double that (42/month) Well one day i go to make my payment and its $130. I call and ask what thats for and they said a rate increase.. to 130 a month.. For a 5x10. I got no warning of this rate increase. I was frustrated but took a screenshot and closed the app. When i went back to pay it they CHANGED THE DUE DATE and said if i didnt pay it my things would be auctioned. Not even a late fee mentioned. I had to scrape that money together and if i wasnt able to i wouldve lost all of my stuff because of these SHARKS. I have posted a screenshot of the date change. Im now renting at cube smart for $12.50/month for the same size unit. They said theyve NEVER seen a rate increase like what extra space did to me. Extra space should be embarrassed of their ongoing 155,000 lawsuits for their bait and switch technique. Extra space offered no flexibility, no solution, nothing. Just threatened me with my belongings. I was backed into a corner to pay them. I will NEVER USE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE AGAIN. Im disgusted.
