Now I’m really happy I chose this location! I have peace of mind with how and where my belongings are being kept. She helped me with questions on my unit and got me in even though I arrived late and was outside of normal hours. She answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. My unit was as clean as it gets including the floor. Site managers like her are why I’ll use Extra Space Storage. On subsequent visits she was making rounds, making sure everything was secured. When she saw me she came over and made sure everything was going well with my move and checking to see if I needed anything. Thank you very much Danine.
