  We've been providing service along with using their facility for our business needs. It's very difficult to find in the Northern Virginia area storage space for a small business with in and out privileges , but Mini U Springfield is amazing along with the Manager Shawn and his assistant Michael. I would highly recommend for any small businesses that need that extra storage space to contact Shawn or Michael.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Mini U Storage. I was ready to rent a unit, but they refused to rent to me simply because I mentioned I would be traveling out of the country. I don’t understand how traveling makes someone ineligible to rent a storage unit, especially when payments can easily be made online and on time. There was no clear explanation or reasonable justification given — just a flat refusal. It felt unfair and discriminatory. If you’re someone who travels, be aware that this location may deny you service. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

  I was so happy to have stumbled upon this storage facility after having a bad experience with a previous facility. The customer service provide by everyone over the phone and in person was top notch! They helped me determine the appropriate size unit needed and took their time showing me comparable sizes. Turns out the unit I reserved was not big enough. From management to the staff everyone made my rental experience an enjoyable and truly relieved the stress I was feeling about it all.
