The customer service provide by everyone over the phone and in person was top notch! They helped me determine the appropriate size unit needed and took their time showing me comparable sizes. Turns out the unit I reserved was not big enough. From management to the staff everyone made my rental experience an enjoyable and truly relieved the stress I was feeling about it all.
