  Jariah and Leticia provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The provided advice about my various selections. When the shades had been installed badly they followed through to make sure the customer service department addressed my issues and assisted me with my replacements

  Blinds To Go in Springfield, Virginia next to Home Depot is the place to go for Blinds and Shutters! The new manager Leticia Merino is excellent and very knowledgeable! She is a 100% Customer Service Manager. I would truly recommend this store for purchases and follow up blind or shutter repairs if needed.
