  Jariah and Leticia provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The provided advice about my various selections. When the shades had been installed badly they followed through to make sure the customer service department addressed my issues and assisted me with my replacements

  Blinds To Go in Springfield, Virginia next to Home Depot is the place to go for Blinds and Shutters! The new manager Leticia Merino is excellent and very knowledgeable! She is a 100% Customer Service Manager. I would truly recommend this store for purchases and follow up blind or shutter repairs if needed.

  Mauricio’s personable team completed their task of installing blinds on 7 windows. They were polite, efficient and respectful of property. They took care in removing all packing materials at completion of the job. The two men were precise in installing each blind which had been specifically measured for individual windows. They also thoroughly explained operating procedures and provided hands on training of motorized units. It was a pleasure having them in our home and as we purchase additional blinds, we would request Mauricio and Angel do the work.. Having blinds on our windows is the cherry 🍒 on the cake. The Blinds To Go store, with it’s numerous displays, helped the family make decisions about the best blinds for us. The entire process was less difficult than expected because of the competent personnel and product.
