- BLBrenda LindseyMar 28, 20261.0Lowes phone system asks too many questions before you can talk to a human. CSR’s drop calls. Need to have a phone training seminar and not make you jump thru hoops before getting answers. Also, if you get pro-pricing and your local store can’t fulfill your full delivery in a timely manner you should be able to take your receipt to another store that has stock and get the same pricing. Not have to purchase at regular price then cancel previous partial second delivery. We were not notified when second delivery would be. Turns out it will arrive too late for our contractor. We are willing to drive 50-60 round trip to pick it up. Should be at pro-pricing. Lastly, quantity available is wrong much of the time. The store that delivered our flooring last week shows 40+ boxes available. Actually, we went directly to the store. Zero, zilch, nada available.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
