    Nothing but good things to say! Logan helped me make sure the batteries and charger I was getting for my saw were correct, price checked them to make sure I was getting the best deal, and carried my items to the checkout for me! 10/10 service by Logan!

    This is my home town store went in there today me and my wife looking for a toilet found where they where looked for help none to be found so we looked for a buggy for about 15 minutes got it finily got it on the cart then got to the lover doors we wanted looked for someone again once again no one to be found loaded them ourselves went to the tile setion look for more help none to be found went to check out 4 employees standing in a huddle talking went past not one asked could they help us so we went all the way from the 1st register and went all the way to contractor sales desk only one person working there go get my truck to get it loaded and just about had everything loaded when someone ask coud they help me .but i know why its like this its because your store is the only lumber place in this town so you dont have to give a dam. Will i can tell you i will drive alot futher for services.and we stated our shoping at around 415 in the afternoon. Im guessing lack of management i hope some other company comes to this little town and put you out of business.

    Very disrespectful employees today. I’ve been here a few times, and today was just another level. The guy over electrical (aisle 13?) kept talking over me and assuming what I needed rather than listen to anything I was saying—David—I think was his name. Then other customer was asking an employee who was walking by for help. The employee stopped, looked at what the customer was asking about and just walked off. It was such bad customer service that the customer and I just stopped and stared at each other for a moment. Then at checkout, one of my items didn’t have a barcode on it, and when the employee tried to look up the item, she was selecting a random item that was double the cost. I had to go myself and grab another one off the shelf (which wouldn’t be a huge deal if she wasn’t just assuming that the item was another cost). Overall, it felt like I was an inconvenience when I needed help.
