We wanted to find specific chairs and we couldn't find them at the Chesterfield TownCenter location and when we called the Sandston location, Rhonda went above and beyond. She instructed us on what to do to ensure we could get those chairs, then once that was completed, she stored them up front for us. She also called and left me a voice-mail letting me know this was done. Also, shout out to Daniel and Stan at the Chesterfield TownCenter location for helping us load things in our car, which was tricky. Great service and so appreciated.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
