Jamie is the absolute best, she spent close to an hour with me ordering doors making sure everything was perfect. She ended up saving me over $2,000. I'm not sure if there's many representatives that would have been as patient and as willing to help as she was.

I like the lowes here in Salem Virginia. They have it set up where its not too hard to find things and it also seems like it has alot more inventory than some of the other Lowe's that ive been to.

Do not do home projects with Lowes. I paid for a kitchen cabinet countertop and backsplash, a tile bathroom floor and vinyl plank floor throughout my home. They came today to install it and can only do half of the home. They are telling me that half of my house needs subfloor before they can put the new vinyl plank on there. They came and measured it twice never used a level on it. They told me I have to hire my own general contractor to come and rip up the floor and put the sub floor down before they will come back. I had already paid Lowes for the floors to be all removed as part of the new installation. They left my house and will not remove the rest of the floor even though I’ve already paid for it. They said Lowes would give me a partial refund. So several hundred dollars is really gonna help me pay a general contractor to rip up the entire floor and replace subfloor for 600 ft.². I have had one problem after another with this company. It has been local store, Servpro, Lowe’s installation services. I have spent over $20,000 with Lowes since November. That may not seem like a lot of money to some people, but it is a lot to me. I have an amputee father in a wheelchair here and I have my mother who is bedridden with two strokes, and instead of spending money to CARE for them, which I am paying for out of my own pocket, I have to worry about this. Worst company ever!
