This Lowes has a Super Staff. They are very friendly and helpful. I stopped in for some paint, but I didn't know where to start. That's when I met Skylar in the paint department. She was like an Angel😇 with a red vest on. I promise if there's a Lowe's in Heaven, Skylar will be the Manager😂. She got me right, and in professional and timely manner. Every Lowes needs a Skylar. Then I went to checkout and Celia was so friendly and helpful. I would go back to Salem Lowes every time I need something, just to get that same great Customer Service again.You can't find that type of Service these days.

Not sure why anyone would shop at this store. I was at the store and attempted to purchase a can of paint that was a lowes.com "daily deal". Deal price was $1.50 less than register value. Requested that price. Confusion with cashier who called over the "head cashier" who refused to honor the lowes.com price and said I needed to order online and pickup. Noted I was at store and that was ridiculous! Asked to speak to a manager. She said she was a "manager". Then asked for her manager. She left and after five minutes of waiting and seeing no one, I walked out of the store. So, beware they apparently won't honor their own online pricing. Will be shopping at Home Depot in the future.

Unfortunately, I took too long, didn't get the survey from the receipt done and my code expired.
I wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to Raymond, from lumber. He was in the middle of doing another task but took the time to stop and assist me with my appliance purchase. He was very friendly and helpful. Signing up for a credit card was quick and easy. I have worked and shopped at several different Lowes. I like the staff, organization and set up of this store the most in Roanoke Valley. In appliance sales, I had gotten mixed feedback about the delivery service. My experience was excellent. They were very careful and efficient. I ordered multiple items at once, including a ladder. I was grateful and surprised that it was one delivery fee and came all together.
