This Lowe’s is absolutely ridiculous. I went today to purchase a plant and some soil. The line in the garden center did not move at all there were the same people standing in a very long unmoving line. The plants were extremely dried out sitting on carts wrapped up with very dry soil. All the plants looked half dead. I finally walked into the store to purchase my items. There was one lady who worked at the self service register she was standing there while people were struggling with the self check out many of them elderly. I couldn’t see the register very good so I hit the light for help the lady makes not one move to help me. I finally had to ask if anyone could help me. I tried to tell her there was a line in the garden center that is not moving at all. All she can tell me is they are short staffed. That statement does explain why there is zero service! Maybe they could actually see there was a line not moving at all and help out?

This used to be a great location. Customer service is terrible here now. It took almost an hour to find someone to help us with purchasing for a complete bathroom remodel. Then the person sent had no clue what they were doing. Then a week later park near lumber yard with building material to be told take it to another counter on the other side of store because someone has to take a break. The isles arent wide enough to even get it through the store. Home Depot from now on.
