    I absolutely hate this store. The stock is NEVER updated. You check online, drive down there, the shelf is empty. Finally find someone to help you and they confirm it's in stock. Long searches you end up with nothing. Its disappointing when every project ends with having to order something online and wait. This store is useless.

    Don't get anything delivered same day from this location! If the "3rd party" delivery person doesn't deliver to the requested location the assistant manager here straight up tell you that's not their problem because you chose same day delivery. Even though you pay Lowe's directly and they chose to "sub contract" the delivery it's not their problem, the snooty attitude having assistant manager lady up front will gladly tell you to kick rocks! Whoever promoted that person is a real smart one....do better Lowe's

    Absolutely terrible service. Brought my kid to a building activity where the kids get kits and parents help them build toys. I arrived 15 minutes after it started for the day. I watched as two employees argued, one upset she had to help the other employee set it up. To help it get set up quicker, another parent helped an employee build tables out of buckets and wooden sheets. When it came time to check in, the staff couldn’t locate any of the guests who registered for it… My wife and I picked out some flooring for our home. The one we picked was on display. We placed our order and they came out to measure. The individual who measured didn’t measure under the dishwasher. He told us when he finished. When we explained we wanted new flooring under the dishwasher. He said they won’t do that. From the time we picked out our flooring, until we cancelled the order, it was a nightmare. First we were told that the flooring isn’t in stock. We were advised, heavily, and multiple times through phone calls and emails, to go pick new flooring. We did. But by the time we did (a week or two later), the flooring we had originally picked was in stock. We were then told that it would be a while before it was shipped to us. We were later told the installers wouldn’t be able to install it. During this process, to get a better deal, we applied for a Lowes credit card. Learning that the installation date would be two months after we originally picked out our flooring, we cancelled the order. We’ll be using Home Depot to do the job. Very disappointing in the service here, both in person, on the phone, and email. Terrible logistics for order completion. We were overwhelmed with phone calls before the ordering and had to call constantly after we ordered, which shows their priority: money, not the customer.
