I knew what was wrong and wanted this dryer repaired. Affording a new set was out of the question. They both were sweet, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

However, I was charged $110 for so-called Diagnosis. There was no diagnosis required as I already had the old gasket removed; I had already purchased the replacement gasket; and all they had to do was install the new gasket.
