For the last week I’ve had Lowe’s tell me the order would delivered then last Friday, no show, no call, no delivery. Ok things happen with shipping, then today delivery scheduled 11:30-3:30… no show, no delivery, no call. Come to find out after AN HOUR on hold that Lowe’s did not even load the items on the truck. Maybe give your customer a call? We’ve spent thousands at Lowe’s in the past two years for home projects and repairs and I can confidently say that won’t happen again. Home Depot across the street couldn't be half as difficult to deal with. Not to mention I had another question, so I call Lowe’s back and am put on hold for another 45 minutes when I finally gave up so I could have dinner with my family. Almost 2 hours of my day wasted in hold isn’t even close to the issue of having no carpet/flooring in our entire upstairs (2 children’s bedrooms, stairs to our main level and primary bedroom). A small be of customer service goes a long way, unfortunately Lowe’s customer service was no where to be found.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
