Lowes new policy says they won't give you store credit even with valid receipt says have to go back on credit card which takes ten days to get back. Poor customer service and policy.

Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Arrived close to closing on one occasion, and the lady was borderline rude when asked for help. I understand, but the attitude was not necessary. Otherwise, an easy to access and shop home maintenance store.

If anyone has the opportunity to work with these guys (Brothers Contractors) — TAKE IT! They were absolutely amazing. Extremely attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly — just genuinely great people. I was beyond stressed about the timing of our fence and whether it would be installed before we moved all of our belongings and our dogs. Not only did Jake personally reach out to make sure everything was taken care of, but the crew completed the majority of the fence in one day, then came back the next morning and finished the rest in under two hours. The fence looks INCREDIBLE. Josue Nolasco and Dario Martinez were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and such incredibly hard workers. I truly don’t even have enough words to explain how amazing they were — they deserve all the recognition and the best.
