There was a problem, the order was done wrong (we ordered online) 3 times out of the 6. When they "fixed it" it too 30 minutes or longer. When taking things back for a refund we had to go back and forth from lumber to the other side of the store by returns 2 times because both sides said it wasn't their job. The only reason we didn't have to go a 3rd time was because I said they needed to call someone since wed already go back and forth 2 times. They told us we couldn't park where the trucks usually do because we were waiting to long and told us to park where the no parking sign was, when mentioned they said, well you can't take a space up for that long. Everytime we had to talk with the guys in the forklift it was always an attitude or they would try to tell us to go ask someone else. The cashiers were always wonderful and tried to help which is the only reason I'm giving a 2 star review.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
