They do not help you get into your homes, they basically say they can and then they say they can't do it and send you to another company (transfer your call) and I was on hold for 2 hours. I wanted to talk to a human being and they never answered the phone. These guys only make copies of keys. Go to Walmart and don't give these people your business. They returned the money they had us pay before they would even come, but I will never do business with them again.

It's not a smooth finish either. It felt rough going into my lock but it did work and that's what I needed. For regular use keys I'll probably keep going to see a human who can buff a key smooth.
