    Bonnie is a very old, disorganized lady who is not good with details. I called for an initial repair and had to repeat myself two or three times. She kept insisting I lived in a rental, and I had to correct her that no, I own my home. The worker did not show up for the appointment. I called Bonnie who seemed confused and said she would call him. She then called back to say she forgot to tell me that they decided that morning to cancel my appointment due to staffing. I then asked that he come the next day since she had canceled our appointment with no further follow up. We made an appointment for the next day at noon and the man showed up at 10:30 AM. I said, "Wow, you are early, Bonnie said 12 PM", and he said "no, I was never available then. I'm here now." After the issue was fixed across two appointments, he "tweaked" another item he said needed to be fixed, but we had not had any major issues with it. That new item stopped working within a day or two. I left a voicemail last Friday and never heard back. When I called yesterday, she said she was just busy catching up. This morning she said the man could come out and "un fix" what he had tweaked before, but that's it. I said I would like him to look at it since we had no trouble before, and she laughed and corrected me saying, "I don't think you know what you're saying. You're not listening to me. He's not going to fix it, he will just undo what he did before." I hung up as I will not be spoken to in such a condescending way, considering all of the mistakes she has made up to this point. I am the customer who paid and gave him a generous tip. Again, she is disorganized, rude, and too old for a role which requires details, clarity, timeliness, and empathy.

    We called first thing in the morning because our office refrigerator was not working. A service person came out and had it running by lunchtime for a very fair price.

    Our heating element in our dryer went out, and we called Appliance Repair Service first thing the next morning. They gave us a time for service that day. The technician arrived on time, fixed the issue, and was very courteous. This business is prompt and responsive! We will definitely use them again!
