- BABrittany AnningMar 31, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at The Container Store in Short Pump. I sent my husband there to pick up a few items for our home, and he was not greeted at all and was treated poorly throughout his visit. Customer service felt cold and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable for a store of this reputation. It honestly gave the impression that they cater to a certain type of clientele, and unfortunately, we did not feel like we were part of that. Everyone deserves to feel acknowledged and respected when they walk into a store. We will not be returning. Definitely do not recommend.
