Poor inventory control, employees more concerned with having a conversation with each other than helping customers and poor management. Once again I’ve travelled twice the distance to go to Home Depot and get what I needed and even got a smile from an employee along with a thank you. I will never step foot in this Lowe’s ever again.

Representative is pissed of with their low life to take their anger on client simply wanting to return their item and move with their day. Another representative took over the return and still had an attitude with me after I got yelled at. Great team you guys have here. Return was done 03/24/26 at 8:14 store:0381 teminal 55. Lowes do better and check your staff AVOID THIS STORE at all cost!
- DFDanny FerryMar 20, 20265.0Had items in stock. Wanted a specific storm door , two other Lowes stores said they had it in stock that were close to house , it ended up that was wrong. Had to travel about a hour to get door but it was worth it . Got there first thing Friday morning and the associates at the returns counter ended up locating the door in the back and brought it up front . They were very nice and polite for being 6:30 am . Sometimes you dont get that at places but they were great .

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
