I waited a total of 30min for them to get foam board insulation from the back, the two shelf slots that can hold a couple were empty. I asked stock guy, no results. Asked again, "they would check," and forgot when I checked back for update. Then I asked at Pro desk, they said when other guys were finished. Waited more. And I waited again, before I left-- Apparently the only two people in the entire store that could get it were busy. What were they doing? Leading around a young woman, showing her all the options for the different wood they had. It took two people, yes. So, yes, perfect store for people who need their hands held while shopping. But if you want to get in, buy a bunch of stuff for a project and get out? Move along to someplace that is more concerned about making sure product is available on shelves. Even other Lowe's does better. This was by far not the only time something like this has happened at this store. I'm just finally giving up on this one and going elsewhere. Two stars instead of one because at least the picky wood shopper got good service And the paint dept was, and has always been, awesome.

Of course there are many Lowe’s that you can go to, but this location in particular always has what I’m looking for in stock and it’s my favorite location to go to.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
