  We had an excellent experience shopping in the showroom with our Salesman, Steve. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us multiple options. He took into consideration our list of needs, Answered all of our questions adequately and provided us with an overall positive experience. We are looking forward to our recliner being delivered!

  I went to look for recliner that I viewed online. La-Z-Boy has a nice range of chairs with many options and price. Of course, it is best to sit in the chairs to find the most comfortable one with the options needed. My sales rep, Laurie Hoffman did an outstanding job! She listened to my preferences, including the chair I found online. Not only did I get a great chair, I also ended up ordering a couch. The couch was not initially on my mind to purchase, but with Laurie’s help, she helped me design exactly what I wanted and at a great (sale) price. I have bought La-Z-Boy chairs before and know their top of the line quality. I am especially excited to have also gotten a couch! Thank you Laurie!

  Recently I went shopping to find a few accessories for the family room. I happened to stop by Lazy Boy just to look around. After describing to Alexis , my sales rep my ideas. It wasn’t long before I was guided straight to amazing products. I found several pillows; throws; lamp reduced from over $300. to $49. Alexis even called to inform me that she found another lamp to match ;the prior one I purchased; at the same great price !! So I often check back in to find quality items with .amazing prices . Who ever thought of finding amazing decorating help and designing on a dime at Lazy Boys furniture store. Definitely keeping my eyes opened awaiting the next Lazy Boy giveaway deals. I had to shop both stores of course. Both locations offered specialized decorating tips; while displaying patience and eagerness to help me find the best choices I can only say thanks for a great shopping experience!! Please keep me in the know.

  After going to a few stores looking at recliners and being disappointed, lazy boy in short pump was a welcome change! The employees were so helpful and gave us space to try and discuss every option. Once we picked one out the check out process was extremely smooth, and we couldn’t feel better about our purchase!

  I have ordered a recliner. They indicate it'll take 4 to 6 weeks to get. I worked with Steven and Sara who answered all of my questions professionally and allowed me time to sit with the chairs I was considering. They were both helpful and knowledgeable. The La-z-boy store in Short Pump very clean and represents the company very well. So far my experience has been top notch. I'm expecting the order in about 5 weeks.
