When I walked in there were two sales associates (one was a manager) and they didn’t say hello, they gave a smirk and it made me feel like I was in their way and unwelcomed. When walking around the store I would see employees walking by really fast, they didn’t seem interested or friendly enough to ask for help. After walking around the store I find soil and there is no one around to ask questions. I go to checkout and the person doesn’t say hello or acknowledge me they just ask if I have a number I said yes and gave it to them and then she tells me the total and I pay. I asked during payment if my number when through, she said no….. she should have made sure she typed in the number correctly and let me know before telling me they payment because I do have an account. Though it doesn’t matter because I will be making a further trip other garden stores for all my needs now.
