Recently I purchased a delta bathroom faucet from this location. I needed a 8 inch base and the one I picked out was smaller. I made the ungodly mistake of paying with cash. I tried to exchange it for the correct size and the female clerk at the return desk said it couldn't without a receipt .I had lost it and our home was almost destroyed due to a recent storm! I called and spoke with a manager named NICK. WHO I just explained that I only wanted to exchange the faucet but he said NO EXCEPTIONS! so I went to home depot and purchased the correct one! No wonder lowes has customer satisfaction issues

Went to purchase an item on sale/ marked down. When I went to check out was told I was not allowed to purchase the item. It had been “marked down too many times.” The item was stacked in 2 different places I. The store. Staff was kind . Management rude and indifferent. 0 eye contact. Clearly annoyed that I wanted to purchase the item they had on the floor, in 2 separate areas….

I pointed out there is no product where inventory says there is. Asked for help to find it and never do. Came back a few weeks later and the product is still out of stock and inventory is still wrong even after pointing it out. This store is a waste of time.
