This store got some really rude associates, but this is not my concern.
My problem is that they used to have two rental pickup trucks.
Now they have just one, and even that one is broken and out of the service. It is happening in over 3 months now. They do not know, do not like to fix, or do not like to know what time it will be available.
Today is 10/23/2025, 11:12am. I tried to talk to its store manager, but he or she is not available either today. Associate told me that nobody knows what time a manager will be there, but he or she is out today.
I was visiting a few Lowes stores before, but this one seems to be the worst in the chain.
I will not come over there anymore. Good luck.

mediocre hardware selection with poor attention to restocking. the specialty drawers are half empty. very few coupling nuts and none in 1/4-20. What’s the point of paying high prices for small quantities if they don’t keep items in stock to be ready when needed.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
