  Called a larger professional cleaning firm to remove stains from two upstairs room carpets. They couldn’t get them out. Joe came and was able to lift them out IMMEDIATELY. The professionalism and skill was amazing. Will use his services again!

  I called on a Wednesday for a short-notice appointment to close out a lease. They were able to fit me in Friday morning which worked perfectly. They charge per room. I had two oversized rooms (combined dining/living, and a large master br with walk-in) and two undersized ones, so he just charged for four rooms because the sizes averaged out, and didn't charge for the short hallway. It's cash or check only for payment (in my haste to book I forgot to ask). I also chise to add the extra for the fresh scent because of pet odor. When he arrived, Joe showed me videos and photos of their work for other clients, business and residential. What they did for me matched that. Joe and Dale do great work. It looked and smelled wonderful.

  A storm came through and flooded my kitchen and parts of my living room. Joe cleaned my whole carpet like new! He's very thorough and talks you through what he does, and what to expect! Thank you so much Joe!
