Also, keep in mind that introductory rates typically inflate to reflect "current market pricing," so the monthly cost will increase over a few months. My initial rate was $186 a month, and magically jumped up to $336 a month.

Over the years, I have worked with Matt, who has been proactive in helping me manage this unit from abroad. He’s offered suggestions that helped save money and promptly answered questions when they came up. When it finally came to the moving out process after years of storing with them, Tamiia was excellent, responsive and accommodating, when I encountered logistical difficulties. Needing storage can be a complicated experience on different levels, and it helps tremendously to deal with a team that makes things easier. 10/10.

I’ve used storage units in that past and am used to periodic rate increases, but this is ridiculous. Giving two stars instead of one because when I reached out to customer service, they were willing be to reduce the new rate slightly, but it’s still a steep increase after very little time renting the unit. If you are thinking of renting here, be prepared to pay a lot more than the rate advertised on the website.
