    Roadie delivery drivers beware, this places wants your phone number outside of the app for pickup. They do not care that you have a protected private number through roadie and only require an ID per their own contract with roadie, do not fall for it, do not give them your personal number, they can call you through the roadie app per the contract. They do not need your private number. I called roadie and confirmed it with the manager. These people suck!

    I usually love this store and their employees, however, even when you have a receipt they don’t give you your money back on holiday items. Absolutely unacceptable - if I spend the money and have a receipt and it’s within the 60 days I should be fully refunded. Manager and cashier were very helpful and nice- just a ridiculous policy.

    Went to pickup a Xmas gift for someone. First time ever being in the store and the selection was awesome. Staff were very friendly prompt when it was time to get my online order pickup.

    Overpriced cheap dropshipped AI slop garbage. Half of this store now is overpriced AI generated artwork, and they STILL charge over competitors. Also, they make you feel bad for not signing up for the credit card or rewards any time you make a purchase.

    Inefficient online order pickup process. Greeted by multiple associates at the register who announced to the online order pick up associate that a customer needed assistance. A young lady came over who was very polite and courteous and began collecting my information, she was told by Kim to do another task instead which was off putting for me since I had been standing there for a while already. Kim came to the pick up area, attention divided not acknowledging me nor what I what I needed. Upon return the second time, she finally asked for my information. Once given to her she asked for a photo ID and I had to go back to my car for it. The purpose of online pickup is to be faster than an in store shopping experience. The time it took standing around, getting the run around and interacting with the unprofessional associate… I could have walked in the store found my item and checked out at the register way faster as that was the only line moving efficiently with ample help. I do not plan to return to this location due to her negative attitude around me questioning why I needed an ID after presenting the name, having a barcode ready (that was never asked for) considering my name is very unique and the chances of anyone coming to get the order, on this specific day/time/at that very location, who wasn’t myself or spouse, would be very random and unlikely to happen. Horrible interaction with this person. Truly lacked communication and customer service skills especially for someone in leadership. She could learn a great deal from her employees who set a way better example than she did.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
